What sizes do you stock?
We range from sizes 6-20 not all styles are available in all sizes although as we are made to order certain sizes may be available on request.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship worldwide. Delivery usually arrives within is 1-2 days once the order is ready, many of our items are made to order so make time runs up to 10 days It is best to e mail us on info@rhoen.uk to confirm or if an order is needed in a rush. International shipping times vary by region. Options and costs will appear at checkout.

What if my item is faulty?
We quality-check every piece, but if something isn’t right, please email us a info@rhoen.uk with your order number and a photo of the fault. We’ll sort it quickly.

How long will my refund take?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery (not the date of purchase) to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, with the security ribbon intact.
A completed returns slip must be enclosed in your package in order for us to process your refund.
