Shipping & Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery (not the date of purchase) to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, with the security ribbon intact.
A completed returns slip must be enclosed in your package in order for us to process your refund.
Certain items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Bespoke or custom-made pieces
Items amended at the customer’s request
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within up to 15 working days (timing may vary depending on your payment provider).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email info@rhoen.uk with your request and return the item as outlined below.
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver directly.

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over £50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
IMPORTANT
A completed printable returns slip must be included with your return. Without this, your refund cannot be processed.
