Giving in just wasn’t an option, here is me chasing my dream

Some brands arrive with fireworks, RHOEN by Rebecca Rhoades arrived with resolve.
When the business I’d poured years into under the Rebecca Rhoades label had to be dissolved, I had a choice: let my designs disappear or rebuild.

I was at my lowest point, a lengthy battle and months of stress had led me to a point where I felt like giving up. But I am determined. I have a network of women around me who lifted me back up, told me they love my work and knew I had it in me to rebuild.

RHOEN by Rebecca Rhoades is that decision made visible. The name itself carries the weight of what I wanted women to feel in my work: strength, elevation, legacy, grace. It’s everything I knew it could be and I’m so excited to share with you a little more about how we got here.

We are a Northern, female founded powerhouse brand
I grew up in Yorkshire and still design from Leeds where I studied, worked, and built everything I’ve ever created. The North is more than just where I’m based, it’s the way we work: honest, exacting, unshowy craft. You don’t need a London postcode to build something bold in fashion. You need determination (hello two decades worth), conviction, community, and the creativity which has always fuelled Rebecca Rhoades designs and now powers RHOEN.

It's elevated, it’s considered, it’s experience that is built upon
There wasn’t one dress that brought this brand to life. RHOEN by Rebecca Rhoades was born from refusing to accept defeat and refusing to dilute what my customers loved. It’s the culmination of signature elements that you’ve loved for years from Rebecca Rhoades, but it’s also taking on all the learnings from what didn’t work before. We have crafted all new prints with all the depth and detail you love. The dramatic hemlines and volume that together create an unmistakable edge, all intact. After everything that has happened, seeing my hand-drawn sketches come to life and on the models still never gets old.

So what should you expect?
Each piece is designed to do the talking so you don’t have to. Strong lines. Considered movement. Fabric that earns its place. The result is presence without noise- confidence and grace in the same breath. A mantra I am taking into my whole life and business moving forward!

• Timeless first. We nod to trends, we don’t chase them. Silhouettes are built to look as right in five years as they do today.
• Designer-led, sketch to stitch. Every piece begins on my desk and is refined with a single question: how will she feel wearing this? (That has been the Rebecca Rhoades approach from day one.)
• Ethics we won’t compromise. Limited runs to avoid waste. Fair pay across the team. Responsible materials. UK production partners we know by name.
• Inclusivity as standard. RHOEN is for all women- not just one sample size.

The launch
Bringing together a team of people I care about and trust was so important for this brand. It’s all my creativity- coming home to a place that is more authentic, more refined and genuinely the best quality to date. Our first chapter brings together the pillars of the brand:

What have been the hardest challenges?
Getting out of my own head, finding my confidence to put myself out there again and believe in myself. I have always been a resilient soul, a fighter and someone who refuses to give up in the face of adversity. I was taught from a very young age never to give up, and never to give in.

To chase my dreams like it was my soul purpose in life and that’s exactly what I am going to do.
